Home Staging Question

QUESTION

I recently purchased "Rearrange It" from your Website (Decorate-Redecorate.Com). I launched my Staging and Redesign Business and just love doing it. I've been considering taking one of the seminars to obtain a "certificate". I am so hesitant to spend such a high price for some letters next to my name. I am also a realtor, but Design is my educational background and passion. I also am considering purchasing the Home Staging booklet that you offer. What could possibly be the difference except for the huge price difference? Looking for guidance......can you help?

I'm sure there are very good trainers in the high priced seminar offerings, but I cannot for the life of me see the value of training that way when there are outstanding alternatives.

I don't know how long ago you purchased Rearrange It, but about 2 weeks ago I launched my newest tutorial called "Home Staging for Profit". It is excellent training, if I do say so myself. My gosh, if someone can't figure out the business from this tutorial, they shouldn't be in it.

I am putting together a Home Staging Certification for people who just feel they need something like that, but it is not a criteria for success, believe me.

I'd much rather see people save their money and invest those dollars into promoting and advertising their business rather than paying for training. Doesn't that seem much smarter to you?

I have a Gold Staging Course or just the tutorial for sale. My Gold course is around $800-900 and gives you all of the staging and design training, plus all of the tools of the trade you'll need, including presentations to realtors and sliders, postcards and on and on. Staging certification is guaranteed in the gold program, by the way.
